Minimum Wage in Nepal 2082: Updated Minimum Salary in Nepal

According to the Recent Notification in the Nepal Gazette, the Minimum Wage in Nepal has been updated to NPR 19,550/- which consisted of Minimum Basic Renumeration along with a Dearness Allowance. However, the Fundamental Monthly Renumeration has been provided to being NPR 12,170 /- whereas the Monthly Dearness Allowance as being fixed to NPR 7,380/-. Therefore, the Minimum Wage for which came to an effect from 1st Shrawan, 2082 is required to be at least Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Rupees.

Monthly Minimum Salary in Nepal

As per the agreement, the monthly basic wage will be Rs 12,170/- and dearness allowance will be Rs 7,380/-.

Daily Minimum Wage in Nepal

According to the ministry, the daily basic wage is Rs 470/- along with dearness allowance of Rs 284/-.

Hourly Minimum Wage

When it comes to hourly wages, workers are required to receive a minimum of NPR 63 per hour. This hourly rate comprises a dearness allowance of NPR 38.

Hourly Part-Time Wage

For part-time workers paid on an hourly basis, the minimum wage per hour for part-time workers will be Rs 107/- (One hundred and Seven Rupees Only).
