Advocate Sushma Dahal

Sushma is an Advocate licensed by the Nepal Bar Council. She is involved in the Corporate Department of the firm. As the Firm’s managing partner, she is involved in drafting corporate and transaction documents, drafting contracts. She specialises in providing legal representation, advice, and services to businesses and corporations on issues related to foreign investment and corporate compliance, assists in trademark registrations, patent applications, protection of intellectual property assets and other diverse commercial matters. She is involved in the Research and Development Team of the firm.
