Pushpa is an Advocate licensed by Nepal Bar Council and is an integral part of a law firm’s corporate department. Her expertise lies in assisting clients with complex legal processes related to company incorporation, branch office registration, foreign direct investment (FDI), agency registration, and trademark issues. She also deals with NRN law.
Pushpa has completed Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Laws (BBM.LLB.) from Kathmandu University, School of Law.
Pushpa is currently involved in matters relating to NRN law, company compliance, due diligence of property, foreign direct investment and corporate litigation. She has also advised and represented contractors, private companies, and various individuals in contractual, corporate, and civil matters, providing tailored legal guidance and formulating effective strategies.
Pushpa is fluent in Nepali, English and Hindi.
